These Terms of Service set forth the conditions regarding the use of the Antrenör+ application and web platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Creation

Users must be over 18 years of age (or parental consent is required)
Accuracy of account information is the user's responsibility
Password security is the user's responsibility
Account sharing is prohibited
Two-factor authentication is recommended for account security

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions from App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

4. Usage Rules

The app is for personal fitness tracking purposes only
Sharing false or misleading information is prohibited
Trainers cannot provide medical advice
Sharing inappropriate content (photos, etc.) is prohibited
Reverse engineering and API abuse is prohibited
Sending commercial spam or unsolicited content through the platform is prohibited
Attempting to collect other users' account information is prohibited
Attempting to bypass the platform's security mechanisms is prohibited

5. User-Generated Content

Trainers (PTs) can create custom exercises on the platform and attach images or videos to them. The following rules apply to such content:

The responsibility for all uploaded content (images, videos, descriptions) lies entirely with the user who uploads it
Antrenör+ does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of content uploaded by users and accepts no liability for such content
Uploaded content must not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
Uploading obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or inappropriate images and videos is strictly prohibited
Content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities is prohibited
Content containing misleading, false, or dangerous exercise instructions is prohibited
Sharing images or videos of other individuals without their consent is prohibited

Platform Rights

Antrenör+ reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice
In case of repeated violations, the user's account may be suspended or permanently terminated
Antrenör+ is not obligated to proactively moderate uploaded content; however, it will take necessary action upon report or detection
Users can report inappropriate content by emailing destek@antrenorplus.com

Content License

By uploading content, you grant Antrenör+ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to display, store, and distribute your uploaded content on the platform. This license is limited to service delivery only and your content will not be used for other purposes. This license terminates when you delete your account or remove the content.

Disclaimer of Liability

Antrenör+ cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, reputational harm, legal disputes) caused by content uploaded by users. The user who uploads content accepts all legal responsibilities that may arise from the content they upload.

6. AI Features

AI Coach provides AI-powered workout and nutrition recommendations
Meal analysis (TastyAPI) estimates nutritional values from photos — 100% accuracy is not guaranteed
Content generated by AI is for informational purposes
AI recommendations are personalized and do not replace professional advice

AI Feature Details and Usage Limits

AI Coach Workout Program: Personalized workout program creation (1 per month)
AI Nutrition Goals: Personalized calorie and macro goals (1 per month)
AI Meal Analysis Comment: Automatic AI comment on meal entries (5 per day)
AI Weekly Nutrition Analysis: 7-day nutrition summary and recommendations (1 per week)
AI Nutrition Plan: Personalized nutrition plan based on dietary restrictions (1 per month)
AI Weekly Workout Report: Weekly performance summary (1 per week)
AI Progress Report: Monthly progress assessment (1 per month)
AI Auto Triggers: Automatic AI assessment after workout completion, measurement recording, and meal logging (informational, non-blocking)

Usage limits vary by subscription plan and are enforced server-side.

3D Body Measurement

2 photos (front and side view) are taken from the user for 3D body measurement
These photos are processed by the AI service and 16 different body measurements are estimated
After processing, a 3D body model (in GLB format) is created and stored in secure storage
Measurement accuracy varies and does not replace medical measurements
Usage limits: Free 0/month, Basic 2/month, Premium 3/month
Trainers can initiate 3D measurements on behalf of their students (2 per student/month)

7. Medical Disclaimer

Antrenör+ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided by the app (including AI recommendations, nutrition plans, workout programs, body measurements) is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program. If you have concerns about your health, please consult a healthcare professional.

8. Trainer-Student Relationship

Trainers use the app for student tracking
Trainers can assign programs to students, take measurements, and leave nutrition comments
Trainers can keep notes about students in different categories: general notes, injury information, goals, feedback, and medical notes
During live workouts, real-time data synchronization occurs between trainer and student. Exercise information, set/rep/weight data, and timers are shared in real-time
Trainers can define lesson packages for their students and track payment status. This feature is solely for the trainer's own record-keeping; no money transfer or payment processing is done through the app
Advice given by trainers is not the responsibility of the application
Trainers are obligated to keep student data confidential

9. Intellectual Property

The app, design, content, logos, and software code belong to the developer
User content (photos, data) belongs to the user
The app does not use user data outside of service delivery
The Antrenör+ brand, logo, and visual identity are registered and cannot be used without permission
Workout programs created on the platform belong to the trainer who created them

10. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time (Profile > Delete My Account)
Account deletion is irreversible
Deleted data: profile, workout history, nutrition records, measurements, photos, AI reports, push tokens
Active subscriptions are managed by Apple/Google — account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions
We strongly recommend canceling your active subscription from App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Otherwise, subscription fees may continue to be charged
The app may suspend or delete accounts in case of rule violations
A new account can be created with the same email address after account deletion

11. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is", uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed
No liability is accepted for damages arising from data loss, erroneous AI analysis, or technical failures
No liability is accepted for interruptions of third-party services (Apple, Google, Supabase, TastyAPI)
No liability is accepted for consequences arising from use of the platform for purposes other than intended
Antrenör+ maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by the user in the last 12 months

12. Changes

Terms of service may be updated with prior notice
Announced via in-app notification or email
Continuing to use after an update constitutes acceptance
30 days advance notice will be given for significant changes
